Rent our bikes in just a few clicks!
Cycle hire 7 days a week from our station at Le Port in Neuchâtel (esplanade Léopold-Robert). Our wide range of bikes is available for hire from 1 hour to 3 days, and our teams will be delighted to welcome you and advise you.
- Reservations for Mondays and Tuesdays can be made by emailing neuchatelroule@ne.ch or calling 032 717 77 68.
- For groups of more than 15 people, it is possible to book on Mondays and Tuesdays by contacting us by e-mail at the following address: neuchatelroule@ne.ch or by calling us on 032 717 77 68.
- Price ranges: 1/2 day (max. 4h), full day (max. 10h), 2 days and 3 days

The after-sales service is ineffective... I can't use my subscription because I lost my password and the links sent by Donkey don't work. Furthermore, when we call them, we are asked to select a key for French and none of their interlocutors speak French. So if you don't speak English, forget the phone. I strongly advise against this service. I have 3 months of subscription left that I can't use, and none at any time. No arrangement has been offered. On 2 different mobile phones that I have used, the so-called links to reprogram the password do not work..... Very disappointing as a process and not honest....

Nothing to say. Very good bikes, very well maintained with a wide selection. And despite a misunderstanding forcing us to return the bikes earlier than expected, they were accommodating even though they were under no obligation to do so. In short, I recommend without hesitation, especially since, in addition to being practical, the lakeside bike paths are superb!
